Purpose and responsibility
Parking Nudger assists with parking reminders, time and finding your car. You remain responsible for checking signs and rules, paying correctly and ending payment with your parking provider.
The app never starts, changes or stops parking payment. A confirmation in Parking Nudger records your own action; it does not automatically read payment status from another app.
Reminders and accuracy
Detection, locations, times and text suggestions may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. Permissions, power settings, connectivity and iOS can affect features. Always check suggestions before using them.
The app does not guarantee that parking charges, incorrect payments or missed reminders will be avoided. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for losses, additional parking payments or parking charges caused by forgotten payments, delayed or missing reminders. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
Premium subscription
The app includes a limited number of free reminders. Creating further monitored parking sessions requires Parking Nudger Premium. Premium is an annual auto-renewable subscription through Apple.
The current price, currency, period and any offers appear in the app and Apple's purchase sheet before purchase. No fixed price on this website replaces Apple's price. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Licence and contact
App Store distribution is governed by Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement. This page supplements it with information about Parking Nudger's functionality and responsibility.
